INVITATION TO TENDER Due Date – PM091- Interface Fuel Break Treatment

Invitation to Tender Notice – CONTRACT #2021_WR0001237

The Williams Lake Community Forest invites tenders for an Interface Fuel Break Treatment adjacent to residential private property, the Big Lake Elementary School, the Big Lake Community Hall, the Big Lake Community Boat Launch and Campsite, Jones Road and BC Hydro distribution lines. PM091 is accessed via Jones Road, east of the Likely Highway. Jones road is important for ingress and egress for the community.

 

Sealed tenders for Contract WR0001237 will be received by the WLCF, c/o Consus Management Ltd., up to 09:00 a.m. June 25, 2021 Local time. Late submissions will not be accepted.

 

Tenders must be submitted in accordance with the terms and conditions specified in the information package. Information packages will be emailed out to interested Parties. A notice will be posted on the WLCF website regarding contract opportunities.

Deadline for receiving questions is June 18, 2021 at 3:00 p.m. (local time). If any questions are received that were not adequately addressed in the tender documents, they can be directed to the Contract Administrator and any new information will be emailed to all the interested Parties.

Deadline for submitting a sealed tender is June 25, 2021 at 9:00 a.m. (local time). Late submissions will not be accepted.
